Kristy Paduch currently serves as a Tax Administrative Assistant at Western Reserve Trust Company as a Tax Administrative Assistant where she supports the family wealth group in the tax preparation and processing of the company’s various tax filings. 

Prior to joining WRTC, Kristy worked as an Executive Assistant at San Diego CPA firm accounting firm JGD & Associates LLP for 8 years where she supported the Senior Tax Partners, Audit Partners, and tax and audit teams.  During her time at JGD, Kristy developed strong client relationships, helped create processes for efficiency for the administrative team, 

and worked on firm and college recruiting.  Kristy also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Caliber Accounting & Tax LLP in Pismo Beach, California for 3 years.  

Kristy was born and raised in Cleveland before spending 12 years living on the west coast.  She lives in Strongsville with her husband, Leo, and their dogs.  She enjoys art, music, traveling, and spending time with her dogs, husband, family, and friends.
