In her role as Client Service Coordinator at Western Reserve Trust Company, MaKayla Brown works closely with the Trust Administration group to oversee, organize and facilitate client’s processing needs. She also provides administrative support to all officers and team members within WRTC. MaKayla is passionate about developing lasting systems to achieve maximum efficiency in daily operations and inspiring future generations of Account Administrators who join WRTC.  

MaKayla has extensive knowledge of hospitality management and freelancing as she has been working in both industries for 9+ years. Prior to joining WRTC, she has worked as an Event Coordinator at Cooper’s Hawk’s Winery & Restaurant, a flourishing upscale casual dining restaurant, where she quickly mastered the roles and responsibilities of being a project manager, office administrator, marketer, trainer and collaborator.  MaKayla is also currently a freelance photographer in the music industry and enjoys traveling, hiking and spending quality time with her loved ones.
