Ryan Geiss joined Western Reserve Trust Company as an important part of its Information Technology and Trust Administration teams.  

Ryan coordinates all of WRTC’s cybersecurity and information technology matters, which includes overseeing WRTC’s annual regulatory Information Technology Audit. In addition to his IT responsibilities, Ryan is also an Account Administrator within WRTC’s Trust Administration group, where he provides comprehensive administrative support to Trust Officers and clients. In this role, Ryan is responsible for the day-to-day handling of administrative tasks assigned by Trust Officers, fielding phone calls from clients, and preparing both internal and external communications with clients, their external advisors, and other departments within WRTC.

Upon graduating from high school, Ryan became a member of the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Military Police Officer. After retiring from the Marine Corps, Ryan began attending Cleveland State University, where he graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Computer Science. 

Ryan and his wife, Alexia, live in North Olmsted with their two dogs. He enjoys traveling with his wife, caring for his dogs, and watching the Cleveland Browns and Columbus Blue Jackets with his family.
